Tom has undertaken trainings in: Self Harm, Suicidality, General Anxiety Disorder, LGBTQI issues, Trauma and Addiction.

Tom believes life spares no one hardship and that our mental health is of utmost importance and deserves to be given priority. Tom helps clients address and challenge beliefs, thoughts and feelings so as to facilitate changes in their lives. Working with a variety of issues including Bereavement and Loss, Anxiety, Anger Issues, Depression ,Relationship Problems and Men’s Issues, Tom provides clients from all backgrounds aged 18 upwards with a safe, welcoming, supportive, non-judgmental and accepting space in which they can talk about whatever is troubling them and causing distress.
Tom’s main theoretical approach is a humanistic, Person Centered one incorporating CBT and REBT.
Professional Membership:

Tom is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy ( IACP) and works in accordance with their code of ethics.

Tom is available in Malahide on Thursday and Friday.

Tom’s fee is €70 per session.
