Orla Duff is an experienced & accredited relationship counsellor offering a safe and confidential environment to couples & individuals who are experiencing relationships difficulties. Orla is client-focused and works collaboratively with couples using an interactive approach.

Orla is also a CBT Practitioner who works with individuals who need help and support in dealing with the challenges of everyday life including depression, anxiety, grief, family & parenting issues, low self-esteem and stress. Her warm, empathic style provides a supportive environment so that clients can explore and uncover blocks that may be affecting your overall well-being and happiness.

Orla is available in Malahide on Monday & Thursday

Orla's Rates is €100 per session.
