Everyone wants to be happy, but there are certain stubborn behaviors that we all have that can get in the way of our happiness. Back in 2012, World Observer released a list of 15 things to give up if you want to be happy (which has apparently been cut back to 13 since the list was originally published).
Since then, someone made this great infographic of the list, that still features all of the original 15 items. While you can read the full reasons these sacrifices will make you be happy at the article above, the infographic does provide a pretty great summary. A few of our favorites include:

- Give up your limiting beliefs
- Give up labels
- Give up on your excuses
- Give up living your life to other people’s expectations
