During his time working in the aviation industry Robert studied Psychology and later Psychotherapy. He returned to full-time education in 2010 earning a M.A. in Sexuality Studies and a M.Sc. in Psychotherapy from Dublin City University (DCU). Robert has worked in the DCU Student Counselling & Personal Development Service as well as community based services such as the suicide charity SOSAD. His areas of interest include depression, suicide, loss grief & bereavement, sexuality issues, student issues, addiction and life skills/life coaching.

Liz trained in Counselling and Psychotherapy with the IICP and the Northside Counselling Centre working in community based settings. She has also completed training in Gestalt with the Dublin Gestalt Centre. She is accredited with the IACP and has worked in Private Practice in North County Dublin for over ten years. She actively works with a wide range of local medical and counselling professionals.

Noel earned an Honours Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from PCI College and is an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP). Since 2013, through his work in private practice and his time working with the PCI College Low Cost Counselling service, Noel has gained experience of working with a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, bereavement, relationships and post-traumatic stress amongst others. Noel is especially interested in the area of depression and over the last number of years has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area. Working from a Person Centered based Integrative Approach to therapy Noel adapts how he works to meet the needs of each individual client. As an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (I.A.C.P) Noel works in accordance with their code of ethics.

Cheryl is an accredited member of the NAPCP and has worked in the area of General Counselling since graduating in 2006 and is specialising in Relationship Counselling since 2010.
Cheryl completed Level 2 Clinical Training in Couples Therapy with the Gottman Institute and now is a specialist in relationship counselling, offering an Integrative approach encompassing Person Centred, Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Cheryl provides a safe and non-judgemental space for individuals and couples to address their fears and concerns.

Barbara has been involved in counselling for the last five years. Her experience includes: Psychotherapy/Counselling: After having her own family Barbara retrained as a psychotherapist earning a first class honours degree. She worked as a psychotherapist with Pieta House and SOSAD (Save our Sons and Daughters) in Drogheda providing counselling and psychotherapy for people who are self-harming, have suicidal ideation or have attempted suicide as well as supporting families bereaved by suicide. Barbara also worked in private practice prior to joining Malahide Counselling & Psychotherapy Oncology nursing: (Dublin and New York) Duties involved general Nursing responsibilities and the provision of emotional support to patients and their families at a most vulnerable time. Clinical Research: (Cambridge, UK) Barbara was a Clinical Project Manager with international responsibilities for drug development in the areas of oncology and hematology for a large biotechnology company. The role involved all aspects of project management and co-ordinating, motivating and supporting team members to achieve project goals. This role also provided Barbara with the experience of working in a multinational company and the stresses associated with such environments and work life balance
